This site is listed at The Fanlisting Network, a website dedicated to listing fans of varying subjects. A fanlisting is a small website dedicated to listing fans of a certain movie, game, singer - you get the picture. Basically it's just a directory of people who are a fan of certain subjects.

devil may cry (the shop)

Dante's shop has gone through many transitions throught the games. In canon order (rather than game order) we first see a nameless and rather barren DMC owned by a teenaged Dante. After a message from his brother delivered by Arkham Dante's shop is trashed before he even has the chance to name it. At the end of the game Lady sees Dante crying over his brother and inadvertently gives him the name for his shop:

Maybe somewhere out there even a devil may cry when he loses a loved one. Don’t you think?

Lady is also the one to finally tell us the name after uttering the immortal phrase to DMC fans everywhere: 'Wanna know the name?'

In DMC1 some ten years after the first game Trish changes Dante's opinion on the phrase:

Trish: Dante, I... I...

Dante: Trish, devils never cry. These tears, tears are a gift only humans have.

The shop is then renamed to Devils Never Cry. However after DMC2 this name was changed with no real exlpanation. In DMC3 the new name is easy to understand because DMC3 came before DMC1 and 2, but since the release of the Devil May Cry Anime and DMC4 the canonical time line is rather askew. In both the Anime and DMC4 the shop is named Devil May Cry despite the fact that they follow after DMC1. Capcom have probably decided that the name Devil's Never Cry is a blip on the time line that they want to remove (similar to DMC2) though I have to admit that this time I don't think they were wrong to change the name of the shop back. It would be nice to have some explanation though XD
